Working for leading brands such as Staples, The Harley Medical Group and Tesco, Alexis has led teams to grow brand awareness and consideration, achieve record breaking sales and design propositions and products which meet customer needs and deliver sustainable growth.

Alexis was recognised by The Marketing Society as Rising Marketing Star for her marketing and commercial results but also her leadership achievements.

In her personal life Alexis has two young children, Fallon and Mara, and is married to Dougie who manages the farm they live on in St Andrews. Health, wellbeing and fitness is important to her, as is taking time to travel with friends and family and giving back to under served communities and people who need it most whenever she can.
