Resolute Fitness will be a CrossFit Affiliate. CrossFit® is a strength, conditioning, and overall functional fitness program and methodology consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic (cardio) exercises, calisthenics (bodyweight exercises), and weightlifting.
CrossFit® describes its strength and conditioning program as “Constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains”, and it aims to improve the overall fitness of its participants by increasing their work capacity in these domains.
CrossFit classes are the core training classes at Resolute, and are coached by CF-L1 and CF-L2 trainers.

Resolute Fitness will be a HYROX Affiliate gym.
HYROX is an indoor fitness competition that combines 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) of running and eight functional workout stations, alternating between running and functional exercises. It bills itself as “The World Series of Fitness Racing” and “A sport for Everybody.”
Functional workout stations include wall-balls, burpee broad-jumps, lunges, sled push/pull, and Ski-erg.
We will offer specific Hyrox Training classes, and simulated Hyrox races for our members.


High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a training protocol alternating short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercises with brief recovery periods until the point of exhaustion.
HIIT involves exercises performed in repeated quick bursts at maximum or near maximal effort with periods of rest or low activity between bouts. The very high level of intensity, the interval duration, and number of bouts distinguish it from aerobic (cardiovascular) activity, because the body significantly recruits anaerobic energy systems (although not completely to the exclusion of aerobic pathways).The method thereby relies on “the anaerobic energy releasing system almost maximally”.

SPIN (Indoor Cycling) is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bikes with weighted flywheels in a classroom setting.
Our SPIN classes are taught by certified spin and cycling instructors, and are booked in separately from general membership, with discounted rates offered to our members.

Yoga is a physical activity consisting mainly of postures often connected by flowing sequences accompanied by breathing exercises and techniques, and frequently ending with relaxation or meditation.
Yoga has become very familiar around the world, especially in the U.K., United States, and Europe. It is derived from medieval Hatha Yoga, which made use of similar postures, but today’s practice is generally simply called “yoga”.
Resolute will offer multiple group yoga classes on a weekly basis, which will be booked in separately from general membership, with discounts offered to our members.

Pilates incorporates spring-based resistance machines known as reformers, which consist of a box-like frame, sliding platform, springs, straps/ropes, and pulleys that help support the spine and target different muscle groups.
Our Pilates Reformer classes are taught by certified Pilates instructors, and are booked in separately from general membership, with discounted rates offered to our members.
