
Dr. Carrie Ruxton
Carrie is an award-winning registered dietitian and health writer with a PhD in Nutrition. In 2003, she founded Nutrition Communications, a consultancy providing research, strategic and communications support to international food companies and trade associations. She is a former board director of Food Standards Scotland and a current board director of Quality Meat Scotland. Carrie is a regular contributor to print media and has several radio and TV credits for the BBC and Channel Four.
